Technical logs
As for any visit to this website, Cloudflare, which hosts it, logs requests, including IP addresses, for security and to operate the service. This website’s execution logs are kept for at most 7 days; those of Cloudflare’s network are governed by its own privacy policy.
Purpose and legal basis
This information is used to answer your request and, where relevant, to present our offers. Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box provided; you may withdraw it at any time.
Recipients
Authorised VISPACEM staff. Your request is recorded in our customer relationship tool, on the Vispacem platform, whose data is hosted in France. It passes through Cloudflare, which hosts this website. Your data is never sold or transferred.
Retention period
Three years from our last exchange, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw your consent. Email us at contact@vispacem.com: we reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
